If you are having problems finding a parishioner that has been terminated or expired you probably have not "unfiltered" the parishioner records.  By default, only live, current Parishioners / GAD's will be displayed to make things cleaner.  However, you can opt to show all in-active records if you wish.

To do this, simply "un-tick" the status field in order to show all active and in-active Parishioners / GADs
