New Help & Support Functions

We are pleased to announce a series of updates we have just released onto the system that will change how you access the online help facility together with different ways of obtaining support.

Firstly you should notice a new "Support" button on the top right of the page, hover over this with your mouse and a menu appears like the one below...

Ask a Question

We've a brand new community powered support area that you can use to create, track and share support issues that arise within the system. 

Clicking on this link will allow you to search through all questions asked by other users, see any responses and if still unresolved, lets you ask a question.  Other community users can then see your question and respond to it if they know the answer, thus creating a community support desk!  We will of course be monitoring these forums constantly to help out as and when needed.

It maybe that you need to ask a question on how to do a certain task, something is not working correctly within the system or you simply want to share with us a great new idea for improving the system - you can do all this with our new area - power to the people!

Knowledge Base

Navigate directly to these pages for a more in-depth "Knowledge Base" of frequently asked questions, solutions and our announcements for new updates.

Training Videos

Access our help desk training videos quickly for specific solutions to a query.  We will be growing this section over time and will be based upon common questions or issues that arise from users experiences.  Sometimes a 2 minute training video is worth a 1000 words!

In-Page Help

We are also introducing in-page help which can be used by hovering over with your mouse cursor, these icons .  Specific help to that section, field or page will then load in a nice little pop-up.

We would encourage you all to use the different help methods available - the more people using the help, the better it gets!
