A Parish Report for the Diocese

As requested by some of you, we have implemented a new Parish Year End report to be used by Parishes as a "declaration" of accurateness within OPAS.  This reports follows on from our recently released Gift Aid Declaration form.

The report can be accessed via the "Reporting" navigation tab.

Why a paper report?

We appreciate that not everything can be completed "online" and some forms (and declarations) need actual signatures to sign off the Parish accounts to meet diocesan or audit requirements.  This report helps to accomplish this.

The report is in a generic format initially, which briefly comprises of the following sections:

1. A declaration page for signature.
2. "Further info" pages to include Parish specific details such as salary payments.
3. A full sub-category transactional breakdown for the year
4. Bank reconciliation reports "as of" the year-end.

Some of all of these sections can be highlighted as either "Parish Copy" or "Diocesan Copy"
