Today has seen a couple of updates to the reports within the Gift Aid module following user requests.

Printing Labels

You are now able to print out labels that can be used for envelope or mailing address purposes within the reports section.  Click on reports within the gift aid module and then "Print Envelope Labels"

• There are currently three different type of labels that can be generated using the "avery" label standard > L7160 | L7162 | L7163.
• If you wish to use them as address labels you can de-select the "Print Envelope Number" option
• Users can also export the list to a CSV file.

NB:  if you experience slight alignment problems when printing labels, please visit here for printer set up.

Update to Master Listing

We have also updated the master listing report within the same reporting section.  Click on the new "master listing" link.

• The report can now be listed by Envelope Number and this will list all envelope numbers allocated to parishioners.
• Users can also export the full master listing report to CSV.

We are currently updating the layout of the reports section to streamline the generation of reports.
