New Stuff

We have enhanced the functionality of the Turnround entry pages within Gift Aid. 

• Removed the need to manually save donations, the page auto saves every transaction, so there is no chance of lost donations.
• Choose whether to save (as above) or simply post donations directly without any manual involvement.
• Added real time checks to the page that highlights any problems with the donation or date.

This update is only relevant for those customers whom manage Gift Aid internally (rather than at a parish level).

Fixed Stuff

• Envelopes can now be closed on the same day as a donation.  This corrected an issue where donations that were given on subsequent days but an envelope had to be closed after the first day and a new one added on the subsequent day.
• Fixed the issue where on some occasions where the parishioner record was allocated to a different parish to the GAD record, Standing Orders were unable to be allocated.
• Fixed the issue where if an individual SO transaction had it's amount altered within the bank ledger that on some occasions this did not update the Gift Aid record.
• Fixed an issue that sometimes resulted in Standing Orders being duplicated with the bank ledger.
