Tax claimed

I would like to write to all the gift aid givers and let them know how much tax has been claimed from their donations - there doesn't seem to be a way except looking at each individual entry.  Can a new report be generated that will give the details in summary form and be able to put in the dates required.

There is a report in the gift aid section that lets you see the tax figures

Can you explain which report - I have been through them all and can't find the tax figures without going to each individual record.

Hi John

This is done by the Archdiocesan Gift Aid Office for all Parishes in our Archdiocese.  They have the equipment to mechanise the operation.  Parishes are charged a fee of 6 percent of the GA collected for the admin work. Certainly I would struggle with writing to  about 400 donors even with mail merge.
