Change of name

One of the gift aid givers has married and therefore changed her surname. I have gone into her record but it doesn't allow me to change her surname. What do I do?

Hello,
You will need to get an administrator to change this name. We have had quite a few cases where users have simply changed the name to someone else to recycle the gad numbers etc and so as you can image this brings up quite a few problems.
Alternatively, let me have the GAD number and surname and I will change this
