Envelope Closing Date

I have closed an envelope but managed to give the wrong closing date - a year late!
How do I unclose the envelope and start again?

Yes Chris, it is still an issue.
Where have you been since 17 October?
The GAD I need changed is 905493 - closing date should be 03/12/2011 not 2012.
