At 3SD we are constantly striving to make improvements to the systems and services we provide. We’d just like to let you know of some upcoming upgrades that will be released very soon.
We have improved the way you login to our services to make it easier to share announcements and help to make future improvements easier to roll out. To benefit from our other new services we also need to collect an email address from you as well.
Depending on the page you currently use to login to OPAS/GA then you may be redirected to a new login page.
Branded Pages: If you currently login to OPAS/GA via your Diocesan branded page then you will be automatically redirected to a new login page with our own branding.
3SD Branded Page: You will notice no difference and you will continue to use this page.
Once you have entered your current username and password we will ask you to provide your email address (don't worry if you don't have an email address, you can proceed by clicking on the "no email" link.) Please note: this screen will only appear once to capture your email address.
Finally, you will be redirected and logged into our new community support and network pages where you can ask, spread and share your thoughts amongst the community (see below for more details)
| If you simply wish to access your accounts or gift aid manager, click on "Proceed to OPAS/GA" and you will be directed to your system. |
Here's a quick video to demonstrate the process:
We are pleased to announce new and improved integrated community support and knowledge base features that enables you to ask, spread and share your thoughts amongst your community.
Quickly FInd the Support You Need: We have new community support options for sharing and answering questions, voting on feature requests or writing articles on best practice with using our software. Use the Search and Topic Suggester to intelligently search for existing topics reducing the chance of duplicated questions or ideas..
Share Knowledge: Learn, create and share knowledge amongst the community on a range of topics on the wider charity sector.
