We are aware of a problem that is causing the PDF report generator not to work correctly.  We are working hard to find and fix this problem.

UPDATE 14:00 hrs:  We have found and fixed the problem.  The problem occurred due to an automatic update being applied to our server which directly affected the PDF creator software.  We have removed the offending update but consequentially had to restart the servers twice which would have affected access for a few minutes.
