Last week we introduced a couple of updates within the system - all have been made live.

Claim Gift Aid to a specific date

You are now able to make a gift aid claim to a date within a year rather than for a full year.  This works at the parish and gift aid level.

Parish Level:

1. Click on Gift Aid reports and select Year End Declaration
2. Enter the dates into the relevant fields

At Admin level

1. Click on Claim Gift Aid tab within Admin
2. Enter the date you want to claim up to and ensure the tick box is selected

One other update

1. Under the cash accounts module, you can now print off the current year and previous year Year End Declaration report
