I am trying to allocate a one off donation to a parishoner.  I have entered the details (Mrs Piazza) as a one-off donation parishoner.  I have then gone to one-off donations and have tried to allocate the donation (£300).  I have gone to the drop down menu but the name Piazza does not appear on the list of parishoners.  What am I doing wrong.
