Creating automatic recurring entries to match your regular payments or receipts in the bank account is a valuable time saving exercise when updating your records.

Furthermore, when used in conjunction with the Gift Aid module it means that there is even less administration required on both modules.  This is because once the SO mandate has been created within OPAS, all future donations are then automatically created within Gift Aid.  Therefore, with the exception of initially allocating the SO to the appropriate parishioner, there is little left to do to process the donation for reclaim of tax.
