In the face of budget squeezes, many organisations – especially public sector bodies and government support charities – are looking at partnership working and shared services as a way of protecting frontline delivery.

Such change brings real challenges and presents decision-makers with a range of issues and choices. The attached article discusses 10 key decisions that will need to be made during the shared services journey.
