Envelope 17 - being told it is in use when it is not.

Chris, please don't forget to look at envelope 17 for me for parishioner Welford - system saying it's in use when it isn't.

Hi Sarah,

This should be fixed now, I've allocated envelope 17 to the parishioner now.
