It has been noted that the background to the app is too white. Tim had agreed and was going to change the background to a light grey.

Also, we had asked a few months ago to be able to see clearly what field the cursor is in. especially when we are putting in the GAD number.

Also, after we have entered the new GAD details, we were told that the cursor would automatically go back to the 'search' field.

The background would have to be changed globally so would affect all users of the system, including Parishes, that's just the way the system has been designed - on a global basis rather then individual preference basis - I can only suggest the monitor is reduced in brightness or if you do want the global colours to be changed we can do this....I can't say anyone else has complained and is only as bright as excel, word for example?

Which field is the cursor not showing so that they cannot see - to make each field change colour (for example) to flag which field the cursor is on is in fact a long laborious job and something we simply cannot look at currently - however, if there is a specific field that is not showing the cursor then I can look at this?

We did look at the third point, but is infact hugely complex due to the nature of the hugely complex page. To make the cursor go to this field would literally take many man hours of re-working - again at the moment I feel this cannot tie up development time on a relatively minor problem.
