When a GAD has been terminated, say in 2005, when printing a turnround report for a period prior to that (eg. 2003/04) can the status not be printed as "T" but whatever the status was in 2003/04 i.e. "C*" or "C"?

The reason is that parishes would probably think they couldn't claim if the "T" was showing, whereas they can.
