A parish may have several funds that need to be reported separately. For example, South Harrow have a General Fund and a Development Fund. Diocese currently require donors to have 2 GADs, so the parish cannot "cheat" when claiming GA (and cannot hide money the the Development Fund, as none of this money goes to the Diocese).
